Pricing and billing

IMPORTANT

Real paid enrolment is not yet open. Billing remains in sandbox/test configuration until the live Stripe prices are configured and an end-to-end checkout smoke test passes. Do not treat a test checkout or the schedule below as confirmation that a live subscription has started.

Approved self-serve schedule

These are the approved launch totals for one bounded NWatch group. Prices are native, fixed schedules—not live exchange-rate conversions. The manager chooses the billing country explicitly, and the portal must show the exact currency, customer total, tax treatment and renewal interval before Stripe Checkout opens.

The totals use graduated 10-seat packs: the first pack establishes the service; packs 2–5 and packs 6–10 have lower marginal rates. The table shows the cumulative total for each capacity, not the price of only the last pack.

The selected capacity covers the group licence; individual members are not billed by NWatch. There is no per-alert charge. The ordinary 100-seat maximum is a safety and alert-fan-out limit, not an invitation to create an unlimited group. A larger precinct should normally use several locally relevant groups.

The manager portal and Stripe Checkout must show the same live customer total before payment. Tax treatment can differ by country and customer circumstances; the verified checkout summary and receipt state the applicable treatment. If the portal and Stripe disagree, stop and contact support—no customer should infer a charge from this page alone.

When seats are increased, the portal must show the exact prorated amount, whether it is a charge or credit, and how and when it will be collected before the manager confirms. Do not confirm a seat increase if that quote is absent.

Renewal and cancellation

Live paid enrolment opens only after online cancellation through Manage billing has been verified. Once it opens:

  • monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year until cancelled;
  • the exact recurring amount, billing interval and next charge date are shown before confirmation;
  • managers can stop future renewal through Manage billing in the manager portal;
  • ordinary cancellation normally keeps the paid entitlement available until the end of the current billing period; and
  • mandatory consumer rights in the customer's country are not excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and applicable US or Canadian law. Refund and billing questions can be sent to support@nwatch.com.au.

Account deletion is different from ordinary cancellation and may end a self-serve entitlement immediately. Read the account-deletion guide before deleting a payer account.

Existing subscriptions and price changes

The rollout rule is grandfathering, not automatic repricing. An existing live subscription remains on its current Stripe price unless its manager expressly chooses a different package or accepts a later change. The active subscription and next charge shown in Manage billing remain authoritative.

30-day trial status

The 30-day card-required trial is approved but is not currently advertised as generally available. The manager portal may offer it only when both the live Stripe-backed package catalogue and the signed-in account's eligibility response confirm all of the following:

  • a 30-day self-serve trial is available to that verified billing identity;
  • no charge is due on the day the trial starts;
  • the card is collected for the selected monthly or annual subscription;
  • the exact first-charge date and customer total are displayed; and
  • the subscription will renew at the displayed interval unless cancelled online before that charge.

If the portal does not show a dated no charge today trial summary, do not assume a trial applies: the selected plan is billed according to the checkout shown. A manual licence grant and a separately contracted institutional pilot are not this self-serve trial and do not imply automatic card renewal.

Safety comes first

NWatch supplements a group's local safety plan. It is not an emergency service, does not replace calling the local emergency number, and does not replace official warnings. Notification delivery and presentation depend on connectivity, push services, device permissions, operating-system policy and device state.

Read the public Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Safety and Support information before enrolment.

Emergency alerts for trusted groups — not a replacement for local emergency services
